Fred has served on the Hill Country Board of Directors since 2005 and has lived in Big Bend since 1980.  He has had his own business for over twenty years.  Fred has a passion for supporting the youth of the intermountain area.  He was on the Indian Spring School Board for over 20 years and was involved in the creation of Hill Country’s Teen Center.  He has transported local youths to community events, worked with them at the school in Montgomery Creek, and taught classes at the Hill Country Teen Center.  Fred has served as a mentor to countless intermountain youths.   Fred cares deeply about the intermountain community.
