At Hill Country Health and Wellness Center, the patient is always seen as a whole person, never a body part or problem. All providers work together to ensure that patients are receiving all the care and the most appropriate care that they need to get and stay well.

Hill Country Health & Wellness Center offers services in 3 locations, one in Round Mountain and two in Redding, CA. None of our medical or dental services are offered on a walk-in basis. However, mental health support services are available on a walk-in basis at our Care Center at 1401 Gold St. in Redding (but no medications). Our original clinic, located in Round Mountain, is a beautiful thirty-five-minute drive from Redding and a twenty-five minute drive from Burney, in Shasta County. People come from locations even farther away because they feel they receive such good health care here. In each department, our compassionate, knowledgeable clinicians are willing to go the extra mile to help our patients. Medical, dental, counseling and chiropractic services are conveniently located in one building. Come by and see us at 29632 Hwy 299E, Round Mountain, CA 96084, or call us at (530) 337-5750 to make an appointment. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most forms of private insurance. Uninsured patients may be eligible for our sliding scale discount program.

At our Redding clinic location at 317 Lake Blvd., we offer medical and behavioral health/counseling services, along with chiropractic care. For medical care at this location, we are only able to accept new patients with MediCal (usually thru Partnership Health Plan) or a combination of Medicare/MediCal. Patients with other forms of insurance will be welcome at our Round Mountain facility. New medical patients should call (530) 319-7066 x4; existing patients can call (530) 241-4100. This is not a walk-in clinic; you must have an appointment.

At our Redding clinic location at 1401 Gold St., Suite A, we offer medical services and some behavioral health/counseling services. For medical care at this location, we are only able to accept new patients with MediCal (usually thru Partnership Health Plan) or a combination of Medicare/MediCal. Patients with other forms of insurance will be welcomed at our Round Mountain facility. This clinic is in the same building as our Care Center—please note that the medical clinic’s entrance is on the Gold St. side of the building, at the west end. There is usually parking on Gold St. in front of the building, or use the parking lot behind the building, off Market St. New medical patients should call (530) 319-7066 x4; existing patients can call (530) 319-7066. This is not a walk-in clinic; you must have an appointment.

If you do not have medical insurance of any kind, please call our New Patient Services Coordinator at (530) 319-7066 x4, to discuss your care options. We will be happy to work with you, and offer a sliding scale option for low/mid-low income patients.
