Doug has served on the Hill Country board since 2015.  He owned his first business at the age of 19 and, in 1994, moved to Shasta County when he purchased a small business in Big Bend.  For the past 30 years he has remained in the Big Bend community.  During this time he served on the Indian Spring School Board for 17 years as well as mentored countless youth in rural Eastern Shasta County.  He loves cars, motorcycle races, collecting signs, and vacationing in Germany.
